Domain Pont-Royal is conveniently located between Alpilles and Lubéron. The estate, 180 hectares, is enclosed and totally secure with guards at the entrance, it offers many services and activities. The Golf de Pont Royal offers an exceptional course, internationally recognized, designed by Severiano Ballesteros.
You will stay in a beautiful spacious villa of 3 bedrooms, Provençal type of very good standing, to live a very pleasant holiday with friends or family.
You can enjoy a pleasant private environment with no face to face, with terrace, garden, and a large swimming pool, the residence with its orientation allows to enjoy the sun and shaded area of relaxation via its landscaped spaces.
The house is located on enclosed land (on which a vehicle can be parked). Outside you will enjoy: A shady terrace for your meals (8 seats) ; a heated swim ming pool (salt) of 4x10 m ; a relaxing area with sunbathing, in a garden ; BBQ
Inside, on the ground floor: a large living/dining room with beautiful fireplace, equipped with a large flat screen (smart connected TV), Speaker type Sonos connected Wi-Fi ; an equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, baking sheet, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, Nespresso coffee maker, etc.) ; a separate toilet - closet at the entrance.
Upstairs: 3 bedrooms including two with a 160x200 bed and the third with two 90x190 beds. Each room has a large storage closet. All bedding is new ; bathroom with a separate bathtub and toilet.
The place to be ... for Provence
The villa is in the immediate vicinity of the Golf (18 holes - 9 holes), tennis and horse club, the village "Peter and Holidays" and its infrastructures (including aquatic activities: large swimming pools including one wave, slides, river rafting, ... ) - for participation -.
On the estate: grocery store, bakery, newspapers, restaurants, house of tourism, and twice a week a market.
The position of Pont-Royal allows quick access to all services and shops on Mallemort (3km) or Salon-de-Provence.
Within a 30 to 40 minute drive, the ideal location of Pont-Royal allows visits to the Luberon, Avignon and its quoting popes, Aix-en-Provence, Saint-Remy de Provence, Les Baux de Provence. The sea in Marseille and its coves, Cassis, Saint Cyr sur Mer, Bandol and on the Côte Bleue (Carry le Rouet and Sausset les Pins).
The house is accessible by train arriving at the Gare d'Avignon TGV (in less than 3 hours from Paris) with the possibility of renting a car at the station. If you come by car, there is access less than 10 km via the A6 motorway. Marseille-Marignane airport is 50 minutes via the motorway.

In peak season arrivals/departures are preferred on Sundays to facilitate access for people coming from far away, request by message beforehand to facilitate the setting up of the reception.

Price for a week :
- Medium season (spring/autumn): first price € 1,350
(unheated swimming pool)
- High season (summer) : first price € 2,000
Discount possible in case of booking of several conecutive weeks
Services
Villa Roucas has a pool available on medium and high season. That is, out of winter. It can be heated as needed.
Benefits may include full housekeeping at the end of the stay and all linen kits including beds made on arrival. The house is rented furnished and equipped so as to have no utensils necessary to bring.
Pets are basically excluded (except for some exceptions that do not involve any particular nuisance and / or potential damage).
Short stays for parties in excess of the number originally planned for sleeping in the house are excluded from the rental area.
The estimates will include the integration of local taxes, including residence taxes that vary according to the number of occupants.
The down payments (deposit) are 30% to book, the additional conditions to be specified according to the context / season.
High-period arrivals are available on the weekend on Sundays to facilitate transition and access (mainly during the summer).
